Bud Hickman, Ron Brooks and Jim McDonnough were elected to the Board of Directors on Thursday, Oct. 30.
The original annual meeting was cancelled with the hope that the judge was going to have a ruling on the lawsuits by the rescheduled meeting. Unfortunately that did not happen, so we continue to wait.
Because the author of this blog was not able to attend the meeting, I am still waiting for more detailed information from attending HAC members before reporting.
Please leave a comment if you were able to attend the meeting.

Why am I not surprised that there was no ruling from the courts. There was never any reason to cancel the original meeting. This is a BOD that is on their own agenda and out of control. They are serving for their own interests with no consideration for the membership at large.
In response to the previous post..
The votes were tabulated both ways, however the outcome of the elections was the same. The timeshare voting issue did not matter in this election. I agree that the original meeting should not have been canceled. I would like to know why the previous poster thinks that the BOD has their own agenda and are out of control. Please be more specific. These folks have nothing to gain...they are volunteers and have no hidden agenda that I am aware of. I think they have done a great job and I will support them.
Okay, it's been almost a week since the Annual Meeting. We're still hoping someone will post some of the things that went on at the meeting,. . .meaning things that were discussed. Also wondered when the contract is up for the Noble Company for building management, and if there are plans to bid this service out.
Does anyone know the results of the pending lawsuit? There was to be a ruling last week.
