Seems pretty clear 1 vote for a full ownership and 1/51st for a timeshare week. Bud Hickman got a "legal" opinion that Bud has used to change how we as owners vote for our leadership. I urge every owner to call Bud Hickman at his home 803-469-0166 and tell him to follow the Master Deed. It's time he back off of the "legal" opinion and do what OUR deed states so clearly!

I'm running for the HOA board as an independent. I have no ties to Bud Hickman or Lee Rawcliffe. I will look to accomplish what is right for the entire Sands Beach Club ownership.
I would interested in how the fee paid by timeshare owners compare to whole unit owners.i.e. does the timeshare owner pay a disproportionate share of maintenance, real estate, insurance?
