Sands Beach Club's Homeowner's Advisory Committee (HAC)
Before the 2007 annual SBC Homeowners meeting, our board of directors unanimously agreed for a HAC to be formed. At the meeting, I was asked to head up the HAC. With the help of other homeowners, the purpose, goals and by-laws of the HAC were written and submitted to the BOD for their review and opinion. After months of delay, the HAC became operational on Sept. 1, 2008.
The purpose of the HAC is to provide the SBC Board of Directors with a variety of thoughts and opinions from a committee of SBC homeowners. The HAC would become a source of information for the homeowners. The goal of the HAC is to help make The Sands Beach Club the best resort in Myrtle Beach. We can begin to achieve this by communicating with other homeowners and our BOD.

We were told the dinner on Oct. 3 hosted by Lee had been cancelled and now we learn that it was held. I am upset because we wanted to attend!
