The October 4th Annual Meeting has been canceled and rescheduled for Thursday, October 30th.
This was the information I received during a phone call to the Noble Company. More information will be mailed out next week.

The HAC wishes to thank Dewey Beckner, Dennis Wolterding, Terry Hamilton and Tony Ficano for spending their Friday evening making phone calls to the SBC homeowners and alerting them of the annual meeting cancellation.
Thanks to the non-board members for alerting us to the cancellation. I cannot find the by-laws, but I would think the meeting could not be cancelled without more notice. Wonder how many people besides me have non-refundable airline tickets and arranged schedules to be able to attend the meeting? Also wonder how many owners will be unable to attend a mid-week meeting.
I agree that the entire board including the chairman, seem to be acting only in their best interest without regard for the owners they represent. I wonder if there is a provision to recall the entire board in the bylaws?
It appears that an attorney needs to represent the homeowners and have the insurance company represent us The chairman and Noble are being represented and the homeowners who have not voted on a major deed change and have been told that the chairmans attorney advised him to change it without a vote four years ago. I say term limits are advised . Over two terms and your done. Controlling accounts without bidding and giving accounts to family members is unacceptable.I feel we are being taken advantage of ang rental revenues are down while the desk owners other properties are up in comparison. 100,000 for an elevated roof by the Noble office STOP Lets use money to pay off the debt or increase services for SANDS BEACH CLUB MEMBERS and their guests
WE AGREE WITH ALL THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS.THIS IS INSULTING TO HAVE A CHAIRMAN OF THIS NATURE.A CLASS ACTION SUITE WILL HELP IF HE REFUSES TO STEP OUT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP BUT I BELIEVE WE NEED TO CHANE THE CHAIRMAN AND NOBLE AND HOPE THAT LEE WILL BE AS SUCCESSFUL HERE AS HE IS IN THE OTHER CONTELS THAT HE MANAGES
Thank you Mr. Hickman for your call concerning the cancellation of the meeting. I believe in you and your actions over the years. If the rentals are down, I believe it is a direct reflection on Mr. Rawcliff. I have had guest, my mother,looking for SBC mistakenly stop at the Oceans, and were told at that front desk that "there is no SBC, never heard of it" says alot to me. I also talked to the elevator company myself. I am very glad it was handled the way it was. The walk to the other elevator was minor! And then we had wonderful help with baggage too! Thanks Mr Hickman for all you do! Keep up the good work!!!!!!
