The Other Side of the Story

Today, we received the other side of the story. I'm sure you're more confused than ever. I would think each side is telling some truth, but we would be more interested in knowing what parts, if any, they are conveniently leaving out. Who are the good guys and who are the bad guys? If you want to find out, contact them. Some of the candidates supplied you with e-mail addresses and phone numbers in their letters. The others can be found by looking in your homeowner's directory. You have less than two weeks before the annual meeting. If you have sent in your proxy already and wish to change your vote, you can do that right up until the day of the annual meeting.

I was going to tell you to go to the SBC website where you could read our HOA by-laws, but the download for the by-laws has mysteriously disappeared.

Our by-laws can be found on a website that has not been updated in over 2 years. Go to sbcowners.com

I also looked at this webpage last year after the HO meeting to try and determine what the BOD was doing with those TimeShare Votes. I figure they have a special interest of their own. But, back to the webpage. I see that it still hasn't been updated. Wonder who is in charge of this?

I think maybe we justg clean house and start over with new people.

Ron Brooks started the website a couple of years ago. Last year I asked the board why the information was not current. I was told that Ron's son had quit updating the website.

Your idea of cleaning house is an interesting plan.

** Correction **

Ron Brooks' son created the website.
